This super cosy studio was designed to give you all the comfort you need and more! It has all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable! It is located in a secure gated estate in Lekki Phase 1. The central location makes it very easy to get around. By car it is only 4 min to Admiralty way where you can enjoy a lot of different restaurants, lounges and bars.
The space
A comfy double bed, 2-seater corner sofa with 55-inch smart tv, fully equipped kitchenette with bar table, all blend together seamlessly in a space of about 20sqm.

The kitchenette has all the supplies to prepare a quick meal:
✓ Fridge with freezer (under counter type)
✓ Stove (2 burners)
✓Microwave
✓ Kitchen utensils, pots, tableware etc.
Other things to note
The studio is located on the ground floor of the main building. You enter the studio through a private entrance at the front of the building.

There are 2 other short let apartments with their entrance doors at the back of the building.

ELECTRICTY:
There is 24/7 power supply supported by solar panels. This means that if there is no general power supply form the utility company the sockets, lights, fridge/freezer, microwave, fan and TV will still work! If there is general power supply you can also use the air-conditioner and tools with heating elements. There is guaranteed general power supply from 7pm to 7am (estate generator) so you can always spend your evenings and nights in a comfortable temperature.

PARKING:
You can easily park your car in the designated parking area in the estate. From there it is a 30 sec walk to the studio.
Please note that if you park your car overnight anywhere else in the estate this can result in a wheel clamp.

For Guest Attention: Cancel the trip before 10 days of your check-in and get a 100% refund (minus service fees and Commission Fees). Cancel within 10 days of your trip - 25% amount will deducted and refunded to you (minus service fees and Commission Fees). Cancellation amount will be credited to Host.
