Welcome to Bhostd! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bhostd platform, including our websites, applications, and services. By using Bhostd, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our platform.

Bhostd is a digital platform that enables users to list, discover, book, and manage accommodations, services, and experiences. Whether you're a host or a guest, these Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Bhostd. For help or questions, visit our Help Center.


1. User Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Bhostd, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. Bhostd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of our policies. To manage your account, visit your Dashboard.


2. User Conduct and Community Standards

Users are expected to treat each other with respect and act in good faith. Harassment, discrimination, abuse, or fraud will not be tolerated on the platform. All users must follow our Community Standards to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone. If we find that a user has violated these standards, Bhostd may take action including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform. To report misconduct, visit the Help Page.


3. Listings and Content Responsibilities

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of their listings. All property details, images, pricing, availability, and amenities must be truthful and updated. Misleading or fraudulent listings will be removed and may result in penalties. Guests are encouraged to review listings carefully before booking. Bhostd does not guarantee the accuracy of listings but will investigate any claims through the Content and Listing Integrity Policy. Manage listings through My Listings.


4. Booking and Reservation Process

To book a stay, experience, or service on Bhostd, guests must agree to the host’s terms and comply with the cancellation policy associated with the listing. A reservation becomes effective once it is confirmed by the host or automatically accepted by the platform. Guests can manage and review upcoming reservations in the Your Trips section. 5. Fees and Payment Terms

Bhostd charges service fees to both guests and hosts for each booking. These fees support platform operations, payment processing, and customer service. The fee structure is transparent and is displayed before confirming a reservation. All payments must be processed through the Bhostd platform. Off-platform payments are strictly prohibited and may lead to account suspension. Track upcoming or completed charges via Completed Transactions and Future Transactions.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

Guests and hosts must follow the specific cancellation policy attached to each listing. Guests are advised to review the Standard Cancellation Policy prior to booking. Refund eligibility depends on timing, policy tier, and circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by a host, guests are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and can be viewed in the Completed Transaction History. More details are available under our Rebooking and Refund Policy.


7. Rebooking and Major Disruption Policy

If a reservation is disrupted due to events like natural disasters or host cancellations, Bhostd may offer guests a full refund or free rebooking. All disruption-related cases are handled under our Major Disruption Policy. Guests should report major issues within 72 hours of occurrence via the Emergency Help Page. Bhostd support will work with affected users to rebook, refund, or provide credits toward future bookings.


8. Host Responsibilities and Damage Claims

Hosts must maintain safe, clean, and accurately represented spaces. Hosts are also responsible for responding promptly to guest messages and addressing issues during a stay. Failure to do so may result in lower ratings or loss of listing visibility. Bhostd offers limited Host Damage Protection for verified claims of guest-caused damages. Hosts must submit evidence and claim reports within 72 hours of guest departure.


9. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

Guests are expected to treat host properties with respect and follow house rules outlined in each listing. Damaging property, disturbing neighbors, or violating rules may result in eviction, fines, or permanent ban from Bhostd. If issues arise during a stay, guests must contact the host through the Guest Inbox. If unresolved, guests may escalate the issue through Contact Host.


10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Bhostd collects and processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes personal, transactional, and communication data. Users have control over their notifications and privacy preferences. Visit User Notifications to manage settings and receive alerts related to bookings, payments, and messages.


11. Mobile and SMS Notifications

By using Bhostd, you agree to receive text messages and mobile notifications regarding reservations, payment status, account alerts, and promotions. You may opt out at any time through Notification Settings. Standard message and data rates may apply. Bhostd is not liable for missed messages due to device or carrier restrictions. Ensure your contact details remain accurate to receive important updates.


12. Identity Verification and Security

All users must complete identity verification before booking or hosting. Verification may include ID upload, biometric checks, and phone/email confirmation, as outlined in our Identity Verification Policy. For account security, users should change passwords periodically via Security Settings. Suspicious activity should be reported immediately through Help.


13. License and Platform Access

Bhostd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal or business use. You may not resell, scrape, or misuse any part of the site or services. Violations may result in suspension or legal action. 14. Modifications to the Terms

Bhostd may revise these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes agreement to the new Terms.

The latest version of these Terms will always be available on the Terms of Service Page. We encourage users to check for updates regularly.


15. Dispute Resolution

In case of disagreements between users or with Bhostd, parties are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably through communication and support channels. Failing that, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration. Users waive rights to participate in class actions or jury trials related to platform use. 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bhostd regarding platform use.
