The space
The apartment is an upscale residential complex with amenities such as a swimming pool and convenience store. It is located on the second floor and there's an elevator available as well as a flight of stairs.

Upon entering the apartment, you'll be greeted by a contemporary, well-appointed space characterized by its sleek design. The tasteful furnishings and inviting seating area provide the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Abundant natural light streams through the spacious windows, creating a warm and inviting environment. The open-plan living area maximizes the available space, seamlessly integrating a kitchenette with a three-seater round dining. There's a balcony connected to the living room which is great for smoking or morning coffee etc.

A 55" smart TV with internet connectivity (Netflix, Youtube) and DSTV subscription, a two-burner induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and electric kettle are at your disposal.

The bedroom offers a sumptuous king-size bed adorned with luxurious linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Meticulously decorated with attention to detail, the room provides a serene sanctuary for relaxation. The mattress is a Hybrid box spring type imported from the UK. A 43" TV with internet connectivity (Netflix, Youtube) graces the bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe adds to the convenience. There's a reading/workstation in the bedroom as well as vanity table with mirror.

The apartment also boasts a well-appointed bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower. Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are thoughtfully provided. There's an additional separate toilet attached to the living room so that your guests don't have to enter your bedroom to use the conveniences.
