This super comfy, spacious 2 bedroom apartment is the perfect place to experience life in Lagos in a stylish way. Located in Ikate Elegushi Lekki, it is ideal for guests who are seeking some serious relaxation time but want to be in the midst all the action in Lekki Phase one, Ikoyi and Victoria Island. The flat is on the first floor of a newly constructed upscale apartment building.
The space
The apartment is fully furnished and decorated to a high standard. The high ceilings and large windows allow plenty natural light and provide an elegant contemporary feel.

The living room has a 55” curved smart TV connected to DSTV with Premium subscription. There’s unlimited WiFi internet which means you can also relax and watch Netflix on the smart TV.

The master bedroom boasts a comfy king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed. Theres a 43" smart TV in the master bedroom so you can watch netflix and youtube.

The dinning area comfortably sits 4 adults.

There's an expansive modern kitchen containing all amenities to make your stay feel at home. Appliances include:
- washing machine/dryer combo
- fridge/freezer
- microwave
- 5-burner gas hob

All spaces (including the kitchen) are fully air-conditioned. There’s also a balcony for some outdoor relaxation.

Electricity:
There is 24/7 electricity but pls note that it is supported by solar panels Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm. This means that the backup generator in the building will not come on between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday. During this period when there’s no power from the electricity company, power to the apartment will be supplied by the inverter system installed in the apartment. Please note that when power is from the inverter, AC, water heater, fridge and microwave will not be operational. Most of the socket outlets will have no power as well.

The apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families. It is designed to comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
