The expansive bedroom also features a 40" smart tv where you can also catch your stream your preferred programs. Sink into a sumptuous double bed adorned with extra soft pillows, promising a truly restful sleep.

You can enjoy the very expansive shared rooftop terrace, conveniently located on the same floor. Set up chairs and savor some snacks as you soak in the breathtaking sunset views.

A well-appointed, contemporary kitchen awaits, complete with all the modern conveniences to make you feel right at home. There's a washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and a 5-burner induction hob.

Electricity:
There is 24/7 electricity but pls note that it is supported by solar panels Monday to Friday 10am to 12pm, and 2pm to 4pm. This means that the backup generator in the building will not come on between 10am and 12pm, and 2pm to 4pm Monday to Friday. During this period when there’s no power from the electricity company, power to the apartment will be supplied by the inverter system installed in the apartment. Please note that when power is from the inverter, AC, water heater, fridge and microwave will not be operational. Most of the socket outlets will have no power as well.

This apartment is tailored for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers, providing a comfortable retreat for up to two guests.

Please keep in mind that there are no elevators available, so access to the apartment requires climbing a flight of stairs. Your comfort and convenience remain our top priorities.
