The space
Easily accessible and located inside Suncity Estate Abuja, which is one of the most serene neighbourhood of the Capital City of Nigeria within a proximity drive of about 15 – 25 minutes from the City Centre and Airport respectively.
The Sitting Room
Spacious and comfortable living room with high end furniture enough for a family and guests. It is equipped with a 55” flat screen television, air conditioning unit and guest toilet.
Bedrooms:
Room 1 is fitted with a King size bed having a full cladded head board delicately finished with robe light for night time illuminations.
Room 2 is as well spacious, has a double sizes bed with full cladded head board equally finished with robe light for night time illuminations; while Room 3 is smaller but just as well functional with a double sized bed.
Each room has a work station, closet, air conditioning unit and a smart television set.
Bathrooms:
Contemporarily finished with sink, toilet, hand shower, and a high-pressure stand up shower with running hot water.
The Kitchen:
Well equipped, with gas stove and oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, air conditioning unit.
Minimal cooking spices and tea items are provided to guest free of charge. CCTV camera overseeing the rear door.
Our guests enjoy free parking within the gated driveway (it conveniently parks 4 cars).
There is a seat out area for evening relaxation.

Cigarette and weed Smoking not allowed inside and outside the Apartment.

• There is a functional electric fence around the perimeter of the apartment.
• There are CCTV Cameras covering the outdoor spaces of the facility.
