Our onsite support staff are available to assist you in person or over the phone from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, and from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sundays. Please ensure you reach out to us during these hours if you require assistance outside the stated times.

To ensure 24/7 electricity, we’ve installed inverter batteries within the property. This is because there’s a generator down time in the absence of Nepa from 10am to 2pm. We ask all our guest to please help us preserve electricity by switching off the a/c, lights and hot water heater when not in use. This will ensure the batteries last till the generator or Nepa resume. Please note, during the generator downtime the air conditioner won’t work, this is why our prices are heavily discounted. We have provided electric fans to keep you cool during such situations.
