16th-century stone house with vaulted ceilings overlooking the sea. A contemporary of the Duomo and the Passari tower, it probably hosted the crusaders leaving for the Holy Land.
Today our family is committed to bringing these buildings back to life, to give you a comfortable and unrepeatable stay, a unique experience, with an amazing view of the Adriatic, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enjoying the true taste of Puglia. A daydream embraced by the sea.
The space
A stone loft with cross vaults in the heart of the ancient village of Molfetta.

Full kitchen equipped with all the greatest comforts (induction hobs, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, 4-seater dining table with 4 chairs, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.).

A high ceiling living room, with a cross vault:
2-door wardrobe, 32-inch plasma smart TV, 3-seater sofa bed (with the possibility of adding up to 2 additional beds), 2 windows with sea life, reading lamps.

Guest access
The entire apartment is available for guest use, including the roof of the building, with a panoramic view and solarium but shared with the other inhabitants of the property, therefore simple civic sense and a spirit of sharing in the use of space are required. The apartment is in a historic area with limited traffic and pedestrian traffic. It is necessary to walk up stairs inside the building. A historic residence overlooking the sea. Located less than 100 meters from a sandy beach and free bathing rock.
