The home features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room, and an amazing front patio where you can get a glimpse of the beach and ocean.
The space
Step inside our meticulously crafted beach retreat and be greeted by an atmosphere of coastal elegance. The living area boasts ample natural light, stylish furnishings, and new vinyl floors throughout. Sink into the plush sofas and unwind in front of the 65" flat-screen TV, or gather with loved ones for a game night in the inviting ambiance of the living space.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. The countertop wraps around with two barstools underneath. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, or take the meal outdoors and dine on the private patio, with sea breezes and sunshine.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Retreat to one of three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. The first bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a queen bed, nightstands, and clothing storage. The first of two bathrooms is just outside this door. It features a stunning glass vanity, tiled floors, and bathtub with tiled surround. On the 3rd floor, you'll find the master suite and kids room. The master suite boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, two comfy loungers, a 65" smart TV, and a desk with desk chair, lamp, and plenty of nearby outlets. The kids room hosts 3 twin beds, and plenty of clothes storage. The second of two bathrooms is just outside these bedrooms. It features a double vanity, tiled floors, and a glass enclosed shower with tiled surround.

Outdoor Space:

Step outside and discover your own private oasis, where relaxation and entertainment await. The spacious patio is complete with a teak breakfast table and padded wicker loungers.
