Nestled in one of the most exclusive areas of Madrid, this apartment perfectly combines urban comfort with the tranquility of a high-end residential environment. Located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, renowned for its safety and well-being, it offers a life of luxury and convenience.
The space
The urbanization where the apartment is located offers two large garage squares and gardened common areas that provide endless recreation and relaxation opportunities, including a children's park and two pools: one large and one for children. These spaces, along with other common elements, provide various activities for the whole family during the stay.

The apartment is distinguished by its luminosity and its careful furnishings, designed with attention to every detail by our interior design team. Equipped with all the comforts and the latest technological advances, it guarantees a comfortable stay full of modern facilities.

Upon entering, on the left, we find one of the three rooms, with a single bed and a handy desk. This room has access to a terrace overlooking the common areas and the pool, flooding the space with natural light.

Moving on, we arrived at one of the two bathrooms, with double sink and shower tray with screen, presenting a modern and elegant design.

Continuing down the hall, on the left, is the second room, with a double bed, built-in desk and access to another terrace, offering a bright and cheerful ambience.

On the right side of the hall, is the third bedroom, also with a double bed, a stylish bench/walk-in closet and a tall window that fills the room with light.

Each room has bedside tables and individual lamps for convenience.

The second bathroom, in front of this room, is more spacious and has a bidet, ample lighting, mirrors and two faucets integrated into a wooden and marble countertop, as well as a modern shower with screen.

The modern kitchen, adjacent to the second bathroom, is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and black and white finishes, offering elegance and sobriety according to the rest of the apartment. In addition, it has a gated terrace perfect for storage and a second terrace ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

Finally, the spacious living room, the main room of the house, offers a cozy atmosphere with high table for family meals, a wonderful designer armchair, and a chaise longue sofa for relaxing.
