Duplex penthouse, located on a 4th floor WITH NO ELEVATOR. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

It has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and a large terrace.
The space
Entering the apartment, we can find the fully equipped kitchen. On the right, is the dining room, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Continuing, we can find the living room with a seat for 6 people, TV, and views of the beautiful terrace, the high quality enclosures stand out, as they do not let the slightest noise pass inside.
The terrace is 20 square meters and is very nice; it has an automatic awning controlled by control, as is the mats.
On the inside of the house there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and another with two single beds, whose attached bathroom is complete with a bathtub .
From the living room and up a few stairs, we find the main bedroom, with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. This stay has a view to the terrace located downstairs.

-If you wish to store your luggage after the end of your stay, please consult our team for the Lockers service.

*The apartment is in a residential building, with a gateway to the building in common with the other neighbors. The apartment is exclusively for guests.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.

-Check-in after 8pm has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.
