Cozy and comfortable 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms apartment 5 minutes from the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral. Located on a ground floor.
The space
The living area is located on the outside of the house, perfectly secluded with double glazing and shutter. The floor of the whole house is wooden, except in the bathrooms, which is porcelain.

Living room, dining room and kitchen are in the same room creating a spacious and cozy space.

A hallway leads inside the house where we can find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is made as a suite, with private bathroom and built-in closet. This bedroom has a double bed and a TV.

In the other bedroom we can find two twin beds, also with TV. This room features a walk-in closet with a safe and a full bathroom with a shower.

*The apartment is in a residential building, with a gateway to the building in common with the other neighbors. The apartment is exclusively for guests.

*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. Include the clothes of the sofa bed and be prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 20.00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
