Spacious and modern 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment located next to the Puerta del Sol; The interior of the apartment is characterized by its spacious and bright spaces. The central point of the property is its large open plan living room that is complete with traditionally designed balconies that fill the space with light.

The living room and dining room have both been decorated in a modern style. The kitchen is modern and spacious, has a small daily dining room and is equipped with all that guests may need during their stay.

The design of the three bedrooms continues the style of the rest of the floor. The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and dressing room. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third consists of two twin beds. Complete the apartment with a second full bathroom

*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. Include the clothes of the sofa bed and be prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 20.00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
