Apartment located in the special Plaza de Chueca, a few minutes walk from the Gran Vía. - It has an mezzanine elevator. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with 6 balconies that bring brightness to the space.
The space
Apartment located on the third floor, has an elevator, although this is between floors, to access it, you have to go down about 5 steps from the elevator.
Accessing the apartment you can find an open living/dining room with 3 Spanish balconies overlooking Plaza de Chueca. The area is equipped with a 3-seater sofa that is also a bed. The dining table can accommodate 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities.
It has two bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is right in front of the room, so it gives guests full privacy and the possibility of having one bathroom per room.
The bathrooms are both complete.

*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. Include the clothes of the sofa bed and be prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 20.00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
