The space
The façade, by the architect Pablo Aranda Sanchez in 1914, stands out above all for its rigorous classicism. In addition to highlighting the common areas, the entrance, and the spectacular staircase that gives access to this impressive property, the property has an elevator.

The apartment has been completely renovated, maintaining spacious and functional spaces, thus creating a perfect synergy between life, art, and design. The apartment's interior design combines modernity and tradition, complemented by the exceptional works of art that adorn the property.

The selection of furniture and decoration, together with the works of art and the play of textures, create an avant-garde design space that will immerse the guest in this unique experience in the heart of the city.

It should be noted that the house has large windows, a sound system in all the rooms and a main terrace with stunning panoramic views of Gran Vía.

*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival, we will request each guest's passport or identity card.
*We appreciate you taking care of the environment and turning off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to use the sofa bed, please note that there is an additional cost. Please check with our team. It includes the sofa bed linen and that it is ready for your arrival.

-Check-in after 8:00 PM costs 30 euros.
-Check-in after 11 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 AM.
