The space
The Espoz y Mina apartment was built with an open concept.
It incorporates a kitchen, living room, and dining room in the same space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, ceramic hob, and all the utensils you need during your stay. The dining table can accommodate up to four people and the sofa converts into a bed. The apartment also has a magnificent terrace that brightens the space.
The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The area is completed with a built-in closet that offers sufficient storage and a work area with a desk. Finally, it has a modern en-suite bathroom and a large shower cabin.

-Extra cleaning is available if you wish (additional cost). Please check with our team.
-A crib and high chair are available (additional cost per stay). Ask our team.
-If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team about the Lockers service.

*The apartment is located in a residential building, with a shared entrance door to the building with the other neighbors. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special fee and are paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival, we will request each guest's passport or identity card.
*We appreciate you taking care of the environment and turning off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to use the sofa bed, please note that there is an additional cost. Please check with our team. It includes the sofa bed linen and that it is ready for your arrival.

-Check-in after 8:00 PM costs 30 euros.
-Check-in after 11 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 AM. When leaving, just leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.
