In addition, the apartment has parquet floors, double-glazed windows and split air conditioning, ensuring comfort in all seasons of the year.

*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.

*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.

-Check-in after 8pm has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.
