This luxurious home is comprised of two units. Unit 1 (2BR/1BA) is on the ground floor, while Unit 2 (6BR/3.5BA) begins on the 1st floor and goes up to the 3th floor). The entire home offers expansive and elegantly designed living spaces that are perfect for hosting large groups in style. Unit 1 (the ground floor) features a newly updated kitchen with high-end appliances and sleek finishes, seamlessly opening to a spacious dining area that invites relaxation and socializing. In Unit 2, the main house, the open floor plan flows effortlessly between the family room, dining area, and pool table, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The dining room leads directly to a beautiful outdoor deck, furnished with a stylish sitting bar, stools, and a gas grill, perfect for alfresco dining or cocktails while enjoying the fresh air.
