The space
Upon entering the property, you will find a spacious dining room for eight people, guided by continuous and careful decoration. The dining room acts as a link between the bright and spacious living room, which has balconies that allow natural light to enter. This space is designed for relaxation, equipped with a Smart TV and common area.

Across the dining room, the kitchen is presented as a center of activity. Integrated into the dining room with a small peninsula, it offers not only functionality but also a place to share culinary experiences. The open layout encourages interaction, creating a homey atmosphere.

For those who work or study from home, two well-equipped work areas are strategically located, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. These spaces provide the tranquility needed to focus during extended stays.

The three bedrooms, decorated in neutral tones, offer a serene sanctuary for rest. Comfortable beds invite you to relax, while the two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with an en-suite shower, add comfort to your daily routine.

The laundry room with washer and dryer is a practical addition that ensures a hassle-free stay. This apartment is designed to offer a homely experience during your time in Madrid, blending comfort and style in a harmonious way.

*We appreciate you taking care of the environment and turning off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to use the sofa bed, please note that there is an additional cost. Please check with our team. It includes the sofa bed linen and that it is ready for your arrival.
