Inside this cozy apartment, you'll find a semi-open concept space, separated by a shelf that offers privacy, but in turn lets you pass through the light. This concept ensures the comfort, functionality, and integration of all the rooms. Every detail has been taken care of by our team.

The apartment is located on the third floor with outside orientation and is 64 square meters and is 64 square meters.

The living room has a three-seater sofa bed, an armchair, and a 32”TV. It also has two side tables.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

In the bedroom you will find a queen size bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and fitted closet with full body mirror. In addition, this apartment features a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

*The apartment is located in a residential building, with a gateway to the building in common with the other neighbors and elevator, to access the elevator it is necessary to climb three steps. The apartment is for exclusive use by guests.

*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. Include the clothes of the sofa bed and be prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 20.00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
