The space
Spectacular 230 m2 house, exterior, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table, a side table, and a smart TV with a floor stand.

NOTE: The air conditioning works in the living room, dining room, and kitchen area. As well as the first two bedrooms. The other two bedrooms have portable fans.

The dining room comfortably seats up to 8 diners, with a support waitress and a design console.
The master bedroom is a suite with a double bed, with an integrated bathroom consisting of a bathtub, shower tray, and double sink with a magnifying mirror with a presence sensor and integrated light. The next bedroom features a double bed and built-in closet. The guest bedroom consists of two twin beds, with a desk and dressing room. The fourth bedroom consists of a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Finally, the property has a toilet located at the entrance and another additional bathroom for more independence; as well as a support room for cleaning utensils, as well as a laundry room.

-If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team about the Lockers service.

*The apartment is located in a residential building, with a common entrance door to the building with the other neighbors with stairs leading to the elevator.
*The apartment is exclusively for guests.

*Late check-ins have a special fee and are paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival, we will request each guest's passport or identity card.
*We appreciate you taking care of the environment and turning off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.

-Check-in after 8:00 PM has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 11 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 AM. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; to do this, simply leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.
