Apartment only SEASONAL RENTAL. Apartment in the center of Madrid, it is located on a 2nd floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Features 1 bedroom and full bathroom. It welcomes up to 4 guests as it has a sofa bed.
The space
The concept of the house was conceived as an open space with living room, dining room and kitchen in the same space. The living room area features a sleek sofa bed and armchair, plus a balcony with soundproof windows that add light to the space. The dining area includes a dining table with space and seating for 4 and a designer lamp that falls off the ceiling. Next to these two areas is the kitchen with a small fridge and washing machine.

The bedroom with a double bed has a large closet to store your clothes and belongings during your stay. Just in front of the bedroom is the bathroom, with a microcement shower tray.

*The apartment is in a residential building, with a gateway to the building in common with the other neighbors. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment is exclusively for guests.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. Include the clothes of the sofa bed and be prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 20.00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
