Apartment in the center of Madrid, it is located on a 2nd floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. Features 1 bedroom and full bathroom. It welcomes up to 4 guests as it has a sofa bed.
The space
The open loft concept includes a living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need during your stay, as well as a dining table for 4 people. It also has a balcony with soundproofed crystals that provide a lot of brightness.
At the back of this open space is the bed with a dressing room with sufficient storage space. Next, the bathroom has been completely renovated with a shower tray and laundry area.

-If you wish to store your luggage after the end of your stay, please consult our team for the Lockers service.

*The apartment is in a residential building, with a gateway to the building in common with the other neighbors. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment is exclusively for guests.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note, that this has an additional cost, please check with our team. Includes sofa bed clothes that are ready for your arrival.

-Check-in after 8pm has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.
