Beautiful semi-detached chalet with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, very spacious and bright with garage for 1 vehicle. It is located in the urbanization “L'Escala de Dénia”, a short walk from the beach “Les Bovetes”
The space
The property has A/C in the living room-kitchen and master bedroom. All other bedrooms come with ceiling fans.

The property is decorated in a rustic Mediterranean style. The ground floor has a spacious common area for dining room, kitchen and living room with two sofas and LED TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dual air refrigerator, hob, traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher.

In the basement there is the garage with capacity for 1 vehicle and the laundry area with washing machine and clothes line. There is a space for pantry.

The house's main access is on the first floor. An open and bright hall gives way to 2 double bedrooms each with large wardrobes and a full bathroom. From here, access to the first floor or ground floor is done with a few steps.

On the second floor there is the main room and 1 double ideal for children with 2 single beds, from where you can access an afternoon solarium. Also at this floor is the master bathroom with the separate toilet area. On the rooftop is the large private solarium.

-The property is exclusively for guests, with private entrance.
- Guests will have to use the pool in the complex.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the house.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.

-Check-in after 20.00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm until 10.00 am has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
