Check out all the games & amenities in this amazing home. Plus, community has a fun, shaded playground & huge grassy areas for large outdoor games. There is plenty of benches for picnic to enjoy the beautiful gardens & surroundings. Location is close to restaurants, casino & shopping.
The space
Kitchen:
The kitchen has a pantry and features all stainless steel appliances: dual ovens, fridge, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine.
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper.
Bathrooms:
The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
House Supplies:
Home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June. Please note, there is a camera outside facing pool equipment.

If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be
