The space
With an unbeatable location, this large and spacious apartment is unique from the entrance, flanked by two giant pivoting doors that give a singular majesty to the house. A mix of modernity and classicism merge in the elements that make up the spaces. On the left and outside, we can find the day area, consisting of a dining space of incredible dimensions with additional space with two sofas and a bookcase. In the background, there is a sofa and two armchairs. A study area open to the living room completes this 120-square-meter open day space.

The kitchen, American style, is unusually spacious, where we can find stoves for those who like cooking, a two-door American refrigerator, as well as all the necessary appliances for a perfect stay.

Continuing down the hall, there are two bathrooms on the right and an interior living room as an additional relaxation area with a TV.

On the left, we can find the master suite with a walk-in closet and an integrated bathroom and a huge enclosed French balcony overlooking Retiro Park. The sophisticated touch, in addition to its furnishings, is found in the combination of colors with great personality.

Continuing to the back, there is a double bedroom with two single beds (90cm x 200cm). Another bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) with a built-in closet and a last bedroom with two double beds (90 cm x 200 cm) with a built-in closet.
