The original elements, moldings, plasterwork, handcrafted floors, arched doors, and stained-glass windows have been restored, and it has been decorated with a modern design and selected pieces of art, resulting in an apartment with a unique style.

In the center of everything, just meters from Plaza de España and the Royal Palace.

All our properties are offered for seasonal rental, not as vacation homes, through a contract signed by the parties upon delivery of the keys.

All our properties have the mandatory registration code.
