Get away from routine at this unique and relaxing stay. Located just a few steps from the beach, this bright apartment on a ninth floor and a direct view of the sea is located. With three bedrooms, it is the perfect place to disconnect and spend a perfect vacation with tranquility close to the coast and south of Villajoyosa next to the luxury resorts.
The space
Entering the apartment, we can find the fully equipped kitchen. On the right is the living-dining room, which comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Continuing, we can find the living room with seating for 6 people, television, and then the beautiful terrace, with ocean view. The terrace is very nice and is perfectly designed for the enjoyment and rest of the tenant.
Inside the house there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with two single beds, and another with a single bed that has another trundle bed, whose attached bathroom is complete.

The apartment has a swimming pool from 10 to 21 hours.

*The apartment is in a residential building, with a gateway to the building in common with the other neighbors. The apartment is exclusively for guests.

*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the nest bed, please note that this has an additional cost, consult with our team. Include the clothes of the sofa bed and be prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 20.00 pm have a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm until 9.00 am has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
