The space
Upon entering the apartment, we find on the left a fully-equipped kitchen, which includes oven and dishwasher, making it a functional and practical space for those who enjoy cooking. Before continuing through the corridor that distributes the rooms, there is a closet that houses the washing machine area and cleaning utensils, optimizing the use of the space.

The first bedroom, located below, is designed with a single bed, built-in closet and desk, creating an environment conducive to rest, study or work. Just after, there's a full bathroom that has a shower tray, offering comfort and functionality for residents.

Moving down the corridor, you access the living room, a spacious and bright space that invites you to live together. This room features a dining table that seats four, ideal for sharing pleasant moments with friends and family. The living room decor is cozy, creating a perfect environment for relaxing after a long day or enjoying a dinner in good company. In addition, the windows allow natural light to enter, which makes the space feel even wider and more welcoming.
