This accommodation has a strategic location: it will be very easy to plan your visit! Apartment in the center of Madrid, just a few minutes from Puerta del Sol.

It is located on a 2nd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It has 1 bedroom, full bathroom and functional kitchen. It accommodates up to 4 guests as it has a sofa bed.
The space
The concept of the house was conceived as an open space with a living room, dining room and kitchen in the same space. The lounge area has an elegant sofa bed and armchair.

The dining area introduces a dining table with space and seating for 4 people and a designer lamp that falls from the ceiling. Next to these two areas, there is the kitchen with a small fridge and washing machine.

The double bed bedroom has a large closet to store your clothes and belongings during your stay. Right in front of the bedroom is the bathroom, with a microcement shower tray.

-You can have extra cleaning if you want (additional cost), check with our team.
-You can have a cot and high chair or baby bathtub (additional cost per stay), check with our team.
-If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team for the Lockers service.

*The apartment is located in a residential building, with an entrance door to the building in common with the other neighbors.
*The building has no elevator.
*The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
* Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If there are two people and even so, you want to have the use of the sofa bed, keep in mind that this has an additional cost, consult our team. It includes the linen of the sofa bed and that it is prepared for your arrival.

-Check-in after 8:00 p.m. has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are until 11:00 am. Before leaving, all you have to do is leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
