The space
Spacious modern room with a king sized bed and a small outdoor space. This unit is illuminated by floor to ceiling industrial style windows, flooding the home with brilliant light. The room has a hot plate, mini fridge, microwave, closet, spacious bathroom, smart TV and heat/air conditioning.

- Self checking with a lock box
- ID and email address must be sent after reservation is confirmed, if not received within 24 hours before arrival date we are not responsible if you are unable to check in

- We offer a flat rate and do NOT include any additional fees such as security deposit and cleaning fees
- Guests must be 21 and over to book and submit a government issued ID before check-in instructions are sent
- Check in is 4pm/Checkout is 11am. We will gladly accommodate different arrival and departure times to the best of our availability

- Tenant is responsible for lock out if lost key or left it in the unit there is a fee of $150
