Comfy Private Garden Level Studio-Like Heaven of Our Townhouse (we live upstairs)
Pls kindly read entire listing description + House Rules/Manual, we`d like to be as transparent as possible & want to make sure that we are the best fit hosting you and your needs and wants, then if you decide to book with us (yay!) kindly confirm.
The person who will be staying with us needs to process own reservation, have verified accounts and most important positive past recommendations from other hosts.
The space
We are Offering Comfy Garden Level Bedroom of our townhouse (we live upstairs)
You will access your space via Private Entrance to stay in your own Bedroom Area with comfy queen size bed and attached Private Bathroom.
There is also Kitchenette that will allow you to prepare some simple meals and South-Facing Living Area with TV and with additional seating.
This always clean Studio-Like Heaven was renovated but offers a lots of charm and we try our best to make it welcoming.
Guest access
Since this house is also our home we ll try to greet you upon your arrival to receive the access, tour of the space and we ll check your ID for verification.
Guest will be provided with one set of keys. If keys are lost/misplaced, replacement fee is $350
Check-In has flexible time between 1pm and 9pm but you would need to reach out at least 24hrs in advance to arrange for the approximate time of your arrival so the access can be properly coordinated and so hopefully there is no overlap with our schedules.
If your arrival time is early in the morning, way before the check-in time (from 1pm), we recommend booking the night before your stay. This will ensure the place will be ready as soon as you arrive into town and you will not have to worry about what to do with your luggage. Guests have done this in the past and have been extremely happy that they have booked the night before, especially after traveling a long distance!
Chek-out is on or before 11am and even If your flight leaves later in the day please be ready to check out by 11am but we could hold your luggage for later pick-up. Please feel free to ask as we are here to help!
Other things to note
* Located on a one way street, but if you are a very light sleeper we’d encourage you to bring ear plugs because car or bus passes by on the street and if you think that will really disturb your sleep.
* When toilet is flushed or shower is running you will hear slight swooshing sound of the toilet pump taking excess water out.
