The space
3 bedroom property located on the second floor of a building located a few steps from Gran Vía. The open-plan living and dining room is very bright and spacious and has a balcony. The kitchen, separated from the living room by a glass wall, is perfectly equipped with all the necessary elements.
Continuing down the hall, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom.
Followed by a master suite with a full bathroom and an open dressing room. At the end of the hall is the last bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

-If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team about the Lockers service.

*The apartment is located in a residential building, with a shared entrance door to the building with the other neighbors. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special fee and are paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival, we will request each guest's passport or identity card.
*We appreciate you taking care of the environment and turning off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to use the sofa bed, please note that there is an additional cost. Please check with our team. It includes the sofa bed linen and that it is ready for your arrival.

-Check-in after 8:00 PM costs 30 euros.
-Check-in after 11 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 AM. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; to do this, simply leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.
