Magnificent apartment in the heart of the city with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it is located on a 2nd floor and has a mezzanine elevator.
The space
Located in the center of the "Las Letras" neighborhood of Madrid, this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is bright, modern and stylish.

The apartment has been completely renovated The open plan living room is spacious and bright, with three classic Spanish balconies, overlooking Atocha Street. In the hall area we can find a full bathroom with chromotherapy shower.
The kitchen, which is located next to the dining room, is fully equipped with everything you might need in your stay.

A large hallway gives us access to the rest of the house's rooms. First bedroom consists of two single beds and storage space. Next, we find the second bedroom with double bed and dressing area. We also found a fully equipped full bathroom with a shower and next to it, a small closet with washer and dryer.
The master suite consists of double bed, storage area and a large en-suite bathroom.

-You can have a crib and high chair(additional cost per stay ), check with our team.
-If you wish to store your luggage after the end of your stay, please consult our team for the Lockers service.

*The apartment is in a residential building, with a gateway to the building in common with the other neighbors. The apartment is exclusively for guests.
Other things to note
*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and a/c when leaving the apartment.
*If you want to have the use of the sofa bed, please note, that this has an additional cost, please check with our team. Includes sofa bed clothes that are ready for your arrival.

-Check-in after 8pm has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 23.00 pm has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are at 11:00 am. Our team will not be present at the apartment for check-outs; for this, you will just have to leave the keys on the table and lock the door behind you.
