This privileged location will allow guests to explore the city's historic center, walking through its streets and enjoying its life, as well as moving around the city thanks to its central location and its countless public transport connections.
The space
Moving away from the apartment's immediate surroundings, guests can enjoy other great nearby tourist attractions, such as the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Almudena Cathedral, and the Royal Palace, among others.

As for the apartment, it is very spacious, has four bedrooms, and is perfect for families or large groups of up to 8 people who want to enjoy the heart of Madrid. Due to its careful aesthetics and decoration, carried out by our team of decorators, it is perfect for enjoying a nice stay in the city.

At the apartment's entrance is the spacious living room with a fully-equipped and renovated kitchenette, with elegant wood and marble finishes that are in perfect harmony with the rest of the apartment. The apartment has a closet with a washer and dryer. Next is the living room, with a comfortable and spacious chaise longue sofa, located in front of a television and a wonderful glass table and another single sofa, perfect for resting after a day walking the streets of Madrid. Between the kitchen and the sofa is the elegant table, with wood finishes, and designer chairs perfect for family enjoyment.

As for the bedrooms, to the right of the apartment door is the apartment's first bedroom, with two twin beds, a desk, and several pieces of furniture, as well as an elegant wardrobe and great views of Concepción del Arenal Street, which make this room, like the living room, a place with excellent lighting.

Leaving the kitchen behind and moving down the hall is the first bathroom, perfectly equipped and soberly decorated, featuring a sink, toilet, mirror, and shower.

Adjacent to the bathroom is the apartment's second bedroom, with a double bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom that, as described above, is tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped with a toilet, sink, mirror, and shower. This room, with windows to a large interior patio and in line with the rest of the apartment, has exquisite lighting.
