Fantastic tenth-floor penthouse with a terrace, outdoor jacuzzi/ pool, and panoramic views of Gran Via, the Royal Palace, Almudena Cathedral and Casa de Campo, and spectacular sunsets.

The living room has hand-carved natural wood floors with exclusive newly-designed chandeliers, large windows to the terrace facing modern Madrid to the front (views to Gran Via) and other windows facing the classic, regal, palatial Madrid (views over the old part of Madrid presided by the Royal Palace). It has a kitchen that opens or closes to the dining room, and there is a bedroom with huge sliding doors to enjoy the spectacular views of classic Madrid and the palace.
Central air conditioning by ducts in every room.
The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with super high Visco mattresses and marble bathrooms.
The master bedroom can be connected to the kitchen by moving the sliding wall, and can be used as a bedroom or as an attached office thanks to its separate entrance.
The beds are prepared according to the number of guests, the apartment is ideally designed for 4 people, with its two double bedrooms, but optionally you can prepare for 6 people.
So the auxiliary folding bed ( 180x80 cm) or sofa bed ( 200x100 cm) are only prepared in bookings of more than 4 guests.
If you have a reservation for 4 and want extra beds, you must request them.
Cancel your booking at least 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund (excluding service and commission fees).
Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable, and the full amount is credited to the host.
