The space
The space features not one, but two double beds, providing ample room for relaxation after a day of urban adventures. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding with a soothing soak. And with essentials such as a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave at your disposal, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Guest access
Guests have full access to two key areas during their stay. You can enjoy your private studio unit, which includes your own bathroom for complete privacy and comfort.

In addition, feel free to relax and socialize in the shared lobby area, which serves as a common living room space for all guests. This area is perfect for lounging, reading, or just unwinding during your stay.

For early check-in or late checkout requests, please note that they are subject to availability. If feasible, there is a fee of $10 per hour for early check-in and $10 per hour for late checkout.

Parking Information:

While we don't have dedicated parking on the property, street parking is typically available in the neighborhood. However, I do want to kindly remind you to be careful not to block any driveways, as neighbors have recently raised concerns about this. It’s important to respect the neighbors and their property.

If you prefer more secure or convenient parking, I’d be happy to recommend nearby parking garages where you can reserve a spot in advance.
