In addition to a great location with the most beautiful view of the city of Fukuoka, you can experience both the bustling city and the lush nature of Fukuoka City.
Located in an upscale residential area near the station, you can enjoy the quiet at night and get a good night's sleep.

Rooms will be on the second floor. Please use the stairs as there is no elevator.

The space
Fukuoka City Zoo and Minami Park are right in front of the house, so you can enjoy walking and forest bathing, and there are stylish cafes and restaurants nearby. Here are some restaurants you can walk to and some of the best restaurants that gourmet Fukuoka has to offer.

Access
By Car:
・Approximately 30 minutes from Fukuoka Airport
・Approximately 15 minutes from Hakata Station
・Approximately 2 minutes by car from Sakurazaka Station
◎Free parking is available. Please make a reservation.
◎LUUP are on site, please message us. It is convenient and economical to rent.
◎Rental cars are available in the parking lot.
Car model: Suzuki compact car (4-person capacity)
◎Please make a reservation for the rental car by the day before your stay.
・1 day (within 12 hours): 4,500 yen
・1 night 2 days (24 hours): 5,000 yen
・1 night 2 days (36 hours): 10,000 yen
For consecutive nights, an additional 5,000 yen per night is charged.
1,100 yen insurance fee per day will be added to each rental.
Long-term discounts are available.
Please confirm availability, as rental cars may be fully booked.
Public Transport Access:
・8-minute walk (620 meters) from Sakurazaka Station on the Nanakuma Subway Line, which is convenient for both Hakata Station and Tenjin. The walk includes a slight uphill.
◎If you have a lot of luggage, taking a taxi (around 670 yen) is more convenient.
・Rokubonmatsu Station is also accessible, approximately 12-13 minutes on foot.
・There are several bus routes from the Umaya-dani bus stop, located 300 meters (3-minute walk) away, to Tenjin and Hakata Station.

Other things to note
Sakurazaka APT requests quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as families live on the 1st and 3rd floors.

Other Important Information
・Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be discussed.
・Room layout and small furnishings may change.
・Each guest will be provided with one set of sheets, one bath towel, and one face towel. Please wash them at your convenience and use the dryers on the 1st floor. Daily replacements are not provided.
・There is no cleaning or trash collection during your stay. Please dispose of trash in the indoor trash bins. Basic cleaning tools are available if needed.
・If you need to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, we can guide you to coin lockers at Sakurazaka Station. Please ask.
・There are general residents living on the floors above and below. Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. To prevent insects from entering, please keep windows closed after 8:00 PM.
・If anyone other than registered guests enters the room, an additional fee of 5,000 JPY per person per night will be charged.
・Lost items will be kept for one week be
