5-minute walk from Otsuka Station on the JR Yamanote Line and Shin-Otsuka Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, this clean, renovated room is located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Tokyo. It is 11 minutes to Shinjuku by train and within walking distance to Ikebukuro. In spring, sakura can be seen from the window, which is very beautiful. The nearest station is connected to the Yamanote Line, so it is convenient to go anywhere in Tokyo directly.
The space
The rooms are all on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, If the stairs are difficult, please refrain from making a reservation. The living room has a TV and a large sofa, and all rooms are air-conditioned. You can also cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Depending on availability, it is possible to accommodate up to 7 people in a room on another floor of the apartment, so please inquire in that case.


Located in Suginami-ku, the center of Tokyo, it is conveniently located to go anywhere in Tokyo. You can relax in a quiet residential area, and since we rent out the entire 4th floor, you can enjoy your stay without being in contact with other guests. In spring, you can see cherry blossoms from the balcony of the house. The house is located in a quiet town with good restaurants and parks nearby.
There are supermarkets, convenience stores, and coin-operated parking lots nearby, so you can find everything you need for daily life. This is the perfect place for a family vacation or a trip with friends. The rooms are sanitized every time they are cleaned by our cleaning staff and are very clean.



All rooms are air-conditioned, so you can spend a comfortable stay without worrying about the cold or heat. The sofa beds and beds are in different rooms, so you can adjust the temperature in each room.

The 4th floor is a private space reserved exclusively for guests.

For your comfort, please observe the following points.
All rooms are for the exclusive use of guests. Please use it freely.
Please do not touch the shelves, drawers, and storage boxes for the hosts. These are for administrative purposes only.
Other things to note
You are assumed to have agreed to the following when you make a reservation.
・ The room is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Please refrain from deducting points from your review due to the lack of an elevator.

There are many restaurants in the area. Please do not open the front door or windows to avoid the possibility of insects entering the room.

・Submission of guest information
All guest information must be submitted in accordance with the Residential Accommodation Business Law of Toshima Ward.
We will send you a form after you make a reservation, so please be sure to fill it out.
Please note that if you do not submit your guest information, you will not be able to receive your key.

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. If you wish to smoke, please find a smoking area outside the building.

Please take off your shoes when entering the room.

Noise and garbage disposal
Please follow the rules regarding noise and garbage disposal to ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Lost Keys
If you lose your key, we may charge you the actual cost of making a new key.
Please take care of your keys. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Residual items in the room
Please understand that guests are responsible for the disposal of any leftover items (suitcases and other bulky items).

Please take good care of the furniture and fixtures in your room and report any damage to us.

Parties are not allowed.
