Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home (2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, all common areas as pictured). Some cabinets/ storage with our private supplies will be marked on-site
Taxis and Ubers are easily available in the area. Taxis operates with accessible transportation options and do not require a carseat for the younger ones.
Other things to note
Since some of the guests are new to Airbnb and short-term rentals in general, we'd like to clarify that the one-time cleaning fee paid in your booking is for regular preparation of our place prior to your checkin time (laundry of beddings, vacuuming/mopping of the whole place, disposal of trash, rearrangement of supplies and some minor furniture and items, sanitizing most used surfaces, and more). It is not for cleaning up after parties of excessive trash or misconducts and violations of house rules.
Cancel at least 20 days before check-in for a 100% refund (minus fees).
Cancel within 20 days and receive a 50% refund, with the remaining 50% credited to the host.
