. The bathroom is shared (yet cleaned regularly). The house currently has 3 other airbnb guests. *No Smoking in the rooms please. **No one night (sex) stands here please...go to a hotel for that.
The space
Located in a serene part of Hackney, you have a range of unique locations within vicinity including Regents Row, London Fields Park, Haggerston Park, Hoxton and Shoreditch, to name a few.
Although this airbnb is for a room, we offer seating space in the kitchen area, as well as front/back patio access too!

During your stay
Myself (Lateef) and Moji (Co-Host) will be around all the time to help you out whenever you need. We stop by often to let other guests in, maintain the home etc. Ofcourse, you can message through the airbnb platform to get in contact with either of us - we answer pretty fast.
Other things to note
**If you have a guest stay over the night, we charge £15 (per night) to the main guest. This may be requested through AirBnB specifically/through a special offer on the AirBnB app/or through Cash. (I consider other guests, noise and use of my house facilities)
