About this space
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. With two sitting rooms and three bedrooms (two queen and a king bed), a pullout couch ( lower sitting room) and a games room with pool table, dart board (bring your darts), fooseball table and a multi-game arcade unit there is room for everyone and lots to do inside and outside. Close to main st and outlet mall shopping, top restaurants and wineries.

The home has a Tesla charger in the garage.

You will have access to the whole house except for a supplies closet.
Other things to note
We have mostly hardwood flooring, you may want to bring slippers.
The bathrooms have radiant heat in the winter and fall months.
We have the dart board but for liability reasons we do not supply the darts.
While we do have stairs, it is a back-split house so there are no more than 5 steps from floor to floor and all have hand-railings.
To protect our home and neighbours, we will ask you to accept and sign a contract outlining the rules and expectations.
