We are in Isla Verde (San Juan's nicest beach), walking distance to restaurants, beach bars, nightlife, stores, supermarkets, bakeries, casino and we have a bus stop in our building that takes you to Old San Juan for less than a $1. Our area is very lively. No need to rent a car.

Fully remodeled 1 bedroom w/ king bed, full sofa bed, parking and beachfront pool. Building Marbella del Caribe is the most popular un the area b/c of its location and amenities. 24/7 security.

• Public bus to Old San Juan stops in our building ~ 0.75 ¢ each way or $9 Uber
• 10 minute drive from airport with absolutely no airport noise ~ $12 per cab or $9 Uber
• To rent a car for a day there is 24 hour Charlie Car Rental across the street
