The space
This home is located in Upper Green Point on the prestigious Ocean View Drive, with spectacular views of Table Bay and the Atlantic Ocean as well as the iconic Cape Town stadium.

Uniquely decorated and stylishly furnished with meticulous attention to detail, every care has been taken into expertly designing this luxurious Green Point villa.

The outdoor areas are spread out across two levels – with the braai/bbq located conveniently on the same level as the living area and kitchen. Stairs lead down to the lower level where the large pool and sun lounges are located.

The villa is safe and secure with an alarm system connected to a security company and there is secure off-street parking bay for one vehicle plus on-street parking for any additional vehicles.
