It has an well equipped kitchenette with Hot Plate, Grill, combo oven and microwave, egg boiler, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. the use of a washing machine on request and an outside washing line.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the 40 square metre guest suite. Entrance around the side of the property

Please note that the 3 guests constitute 2 adults and 1 child as there is 1 bed and 1 sleeper couch only suitable for a child.
Both the front pedestrian gate and the side gate must be kept closed at all times.
Please note for children the pool is not enclosed/ fenced
Parking available on the Beach Rd and NOT in Craigrownie Rd.
Do not park across the garage.
