The top level is the master bedroom, boasting an open-plan design with bath, walk-in shower and double basin. The apartment features top end air conditioners (with both cooling and heating capabilities).
Parking and communal swimming pool is in the adjacent building, which is conveniently connected to the building (refer to guest guide book for instructions).
A further key feature is that it is across the road from the world famous Fyn restaurant (Voted 38 globally) as well as the trendy Ramenhead restaurant and Labotessa boutique hotel where you can enjoy an excellent breakfast and coffees.
Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to the apartment.
Access to the apartment via elevator from the street level or from the parking garage level.
Please note that while there are elevators (lifts) to the apartment level (13th floor), guests will need to be able to walk up a few steps to the apartment and within apartment the master bedroom is located up a flight of stairs.
Pool & Basic Gym:
Located in the adjacent apartment block (The Adderly) which is interconnected through the Piazza on Church parking lot (the HM Floor)
Parking:
There is a dedicated parking bay in the parking garage (on the HM Floor).
The apartment caters for a maximum of 4 guests.
A maximum of 2 additional visitors are permitted to visit guests.
The visitors are not permitted to use to the gym and pool facilities (only for guests).
