The space
Situated in the historic and trendy Gardens area of Cape Town, in the shadow of Table Mountain, only 20 minutes from the airport and close to shops, restaurants, the cable way and beautiful beaches. Although secluded and quiet, a one minute walk to Kloof St will take you to a the vibrant hub of Cape Towns’ creative industry with numerous restaurants, night clubs, boutiques and shopping for all your daily needs.
Within a 20 minute drive are several golf courses, wine farms, the V & A Waterfront, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and Table Mountain National Park.

Two adjacent properties are available. They are of different styles, both historic buildings.

The Farmhouse.
Is a 160 year old Cape Dutch style farmhouse tucked behind a mature tranquil tropical garden with large patio and deck area and views of Table Mountain. It has been extensively renovated with great attention to original features and furnishings, yet offering modern and comfortable accommodation.
