We always suggest our guest leaving their car in their free parking spot that we provide, take the bus or T, and explore! Having a free parking spot in Boston is priceless.

You don't have to worry about getting the key from us, there's a lockbox with the apartment's key by the entrance of the building. We'll send you instructions 5 days before you're here, easy!

Other things to note
We like being transparent no matter what with our guests, therefore there are 2 important things you should know before you book with us.

1. Our apartment is beautiful! However, the building needs fresh paint and since we do not own the building we cannot paint it. We don't want to give you a first bad impression.

2. Apartment located on main road. Please be aware of this if you’re sensitive to noise from the street.

AC is installed from May until October. We can also install them per your request. Happy to!

Pet fee: $25 per pet per night.
