The Birch Room is our Classic Queen bedroom offering a reserve in the heart of bustling Surulere. It is housed within a residential apartment complex, BDG Homes, consisting of multiple units of different sizes.
The space
Tucked away from the main entrance of the building, the Birch room is a guest favourite- most coveted by our corporate clients and those looking for serenity in the heart of the city.

Our distinctive wall design and bed frame gives this cosy bedroom that extra special touch.

The Birch Room is equipped with a microwave, fridge, electric kettle and if you choose, spend your day indoors, binge-watching Netflix. Alternatively, head down to our resident’s lounge where you may read a book or study quietly or head outdoors to our garden and bask in the shade under the mango tree.
Guest access
Guests in the Birch Room have access to all the common areas at BDG Homes, which include the lobbies, reception, residents lounge, outdoor space and building laundry room (shared with other guests)

WE OFFER ✈️ AIRPORT PICK-UPS & TRAVEL AROUND LAGOS DEPENDING ON OUR VEHICLE AVAILABILITY

Here are the rates we offer for travel:

Airport Pick Up= N35,000/£17.5/$22

Airport pick-ups before 7 am or after 7pm= N40,000/£20/$25

Airport Drop Off= N30,000/£15/$20

Airport drop-offs before 7 am or after 7pm= N35,000/£17.5/$22

Flight delays will result in an additional fee of N2,000/£1/$1.50 per hour as our driver will have to wait longer and pay extra parking fees.

We also offer a DAILY RENTAL of our vehicle with our driver for trips within Lagos. Price will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that all prices of travel are subject to change due to the unstable price of petrol and the FX rate.

P.S. - When picked up, our driver is available take you to run some basic errands such as groceries/pharmacy run, money exchange before you arrive at the home or quickly after you drop off your bags. We kindly ask that you spend no more than 45 minutes to 1 hour max for errands

POWER SUPPLY:

At BDG Homes Surulere, we prioritize uninterrupted power supply to enhance your stay at The Birch Room. We ensure 24/7 power availability through a combination of sources, including the utility company, Eko Electricity Distribution Company (formerly known as NEPA), a diesel generator, and a solar inverter. The utility company and diesel generator offer full power supply whilst the solar inverter offers limited power supply.
