Yolanda Flat by BDG Homes

The Yolanda Flat is our deluxe one bedroom apartment overlooking the front garden. It is housed within a residential apartment complex, BDG Homes, consisting of multiple units of different sizes.
The space
With its minimalist design and dedicated office corner, this apartment is perfect for the digital nomad or corporate traveller looking for a space to allow working seamlessly. The uniquely designed living room boasts wooden floors and large windows allowing for ample daylight and is connected to a cosy dining area, perfect for entertaining family.

Whenever you feel the need to stretch your legs, head down to our resident’s lounge where you may read a book or study quietly or head outdoors to our garden and bask in the shade under the mango tree.
Guest access
Guests in the Yolanda Flat have access to all the common areas at BDG Homes, which include the lobbies, reception, residents lounge, outdoor space and building laundry room (shared with other guests)

Here are the rates we offer for travel:

Airport Pick Up= N35,000/£17.5/$22

Airport pick-ups before 7 am or after 7pm= N40,000/£20/$25

Airport Drop Off= N30,000/£15/$20

Airport drop-offs before 7 am or after 7pm= N35,000/£17.5/$22

Flight delays will result in an additional fee of N2,000/£1/$1.50 per hour as our driver will have to wait longer and pay extra parking fees.

We also offer a DAILY RENTAL of our vehicle with our driver for trips within Lagos. Price will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that all prices of travel are subject to change due to the unstable price of petrol and the FX rate.

P.S. - When picked up, our driver is available to take you to run some basic errands such as groceries/pharmacy run, and money exchange before you arrive at the home or quickly after you drop off your bags. We kindly ask that you spend no more than 45 minutes to 1 hour max for errands.

POWER SUPPLY:

At BDG Homes Surulere, we prioritize uninterrupted power supply to enhance your stay at The Yolanda Flat. We ensure 24/7 power availability through a combination of sources, including the utility company, Eko Electricity Distribution Company (formerly known as NEPA), a diesel generator, and a solar inverter. The utility company and diesel generator offer full power supply whilst the solar inverter offers limited power supply.

In the event of a power outage from the utility company
